Before requesting an appointment, be aware of insurances we are and are not in network with via our patient center page. We have recently dropped Davis Vision which is commonly linked with Highmark medical plans. We are also out of network with Highmark Wholecare & VSP. We will also try our best to inform you before your appointment if we are unable to verify that your insurance is in network.
